I am a multicultural person descended from mainly the Tabler, Flowers, Gibson, Cook, Corbin & Goins Families. I call my people God's rainbow because of all of the wonderful hues in and throughout my family. I believe where they decide to define themselves in this rainbow is their choice and their right. I only define myself.
I have one son, Michael, who is my right hand. He was born in Honolulu, HI where his father was born and raised and where his family migrated from Puerto Rico. Hawaii is another community of multicultural people with beautiful customs and a rich culture.
After working 35 years in the technical field I have retired and am creating my own business as a doll artist. I have always loved arts & crafts every since I can remember. After visiting my Aunt many years ago, back in Ohio, I found out where I got it from. Although I haven’t had time to devote to one of my favorite things, genealogy, once my business is up, running and stable I hope to fall back into the genealogy world.
I have lived in California for the most part, living in Hawaii off and on. But I still miss my Ohio roots where I was born.
